Our Story

Chase has spent over half his life in the field, studying patterns, behavior, and land dynamics to support thriving wildlife populations. He has successfully enhanced three separate properties, transforming them into rich ecosystems where deer flourish—turning 120-inch bucks into 170-inch giants through strategic habitat management, genetic stewardship, and nutritional planning. Chase brings a deep commitment to herd growth, genetics, and the overall health of the land, helping fellow hunters and landowners get the most out of their property and their season.

Our Mission and Methods

Our mission is to help landowners create thriving, sustainable habitats that support healthy wildlife populations and enhance hunting opportunities. Through strategic food plot design, habitat restoration, and custom land management plans, we work to improve the land’s natural resources while honoring conservation principles. We are committed to delivering expert solutions that increase property value, attract game, and ensure that future generations can enjoy the beauty and bounty of the outdoors.

We use proven methods to maximize land productivity and support healthy deer and game populations. Our process starts with soil testing and balancing to ensure optimal growing conditions, followed by nutritional supplementation to promote herd health year-round. We enhance habitat by providing reliable water access and planting nutrient-dense, easily forageable food sources for consistent nutrition. Through strategic forestry management, we improve cover, bedding, and natural browse, creating an environment where wildlife can thrive. Results attract, sustain, and grow your herd!

After 9 months of consistent access to protein, minerals, and supplements, combined with a minimal human footprint, this deer demonstrates the herd and health improvements we aim for at Estes Habitat Enhancement. He shows strong body condition, improved antler growth, and overall vitality, reflecting the benefits of proper nutrition and low-stress habitat management. By focusing on year-round supplementation and reduced human disturbance, we help landowners support thriving, healthy deer herds across their property.

A recent Turnkey Opening Day Package completed by Estes Habitat Enhancement. Our team installed a bow blind and feeder, completed light brush clearing, opened up shooting lanes, and identified deer sign to ensure this property is fully prepped for a successful season.
